Hotel Amenities

Outdoor Pool Our solar-heated outdoor pool is big enough for a nice workout in the lanes and small enough to watch over your children from the side.  Pool towels are available at the Front Desk.  Open year-round until 9 pm.

Hot tub, Sauna and Steam Room Open 3 pm to 10 pm, the hot tub, sauna, and steam room offer warm, relaxing ways to end a day in any season.

Game Room Located indoors off the pool, you’ll find our game room features a pool table, foosball, game table, and our piano.  We can set up the table tennis board for you, as well.  If you’re waiting for the rain to pass or for your dinner delivery, the game room is a nice option.  Ask at the front desk for the pool table equipment.

Guest Computers and
TV Lobby Our TV lobby reminds us of times years ago when most hotel rooms did not feature televisions.  Guests still gather in this lobby to watch the news or sports together.  The large flat screen TV shares the room with high speed computers and tables for games, snacks, or work. You can also login to the wireless service with your laptop; just ask the front desk staff for the code to access the guest computer network.

Laundry Room  Coin operated washers and dryers are available on site for guest use from 7 AM – 10 PM.

Parking  Our guests have free access to our underground parking garage. Use of garage is first come, first served; other guests will receive permits for on-street parking.

Shuttle Service  We provide a courtesy shuttle service to and from the Aspen airport. During the ski season an the peak summer season, the hours of operation are 8 AM – 8 PM. At other times the shuttle hours are 8 AM – 5 PM. Please make reservations in advance by emailing us at FrontDesk@MountainChalet.us. If you do not make a reservation, we cannot guarantee shuttle availability.
