Summer stays of 4 nights or longer are eligible for a 5% discount.

Summer stays of 7 nights or longer are eligible for a 10% discount.

Summer stays of 30 nights or longer are eligible for a 10% discount (if paid by check) and are tax-exempt.

All Rates are USD$ and are based on (2) people in the rooms (Economy through 1 Bedroom Apartments) and four (4) people in the 2 Bedroom Apartments.

Tax: Lodging Tax of 11.3% and a service fee of 4% is added to the above rates.

Additional adult guests (18 years and older) are charged $15 per night.

Extra Children (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $5 — Children 12 and under are free of charge.

Length of Stay: We always try to work with your needs, but we do have minimum night stays at certain times.  We usually require three-night stays over all weekends, and 3 or 4 night stays on special event weekends.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies: 

• Spring/Fall season weekdays (except for John Denver Weekend) requires a credit card guarantee only. No cancellation penalty if cancelled by 5:00 PM the day of arrival.  Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the night of arrival will be charged one night’s room charge or 30% of the stay total, whichever is greater.  For the spring only, weekend stays may be cancelled by 5:00 PM the day of arrival.
• Special Events (Summer Special Events, Fall Special Events, and John Denver Weekend) require an initial deposit of 30%. For Food & Wine the remaining balance will be due 120 days in advance.  For the other Special Events the remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
• All other summer reservations and Spring/Fall weekends require a deposit of one night’s charges or 30% of the stay total, whichever is greater.
  • For stays of 6 or fewer nights, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 nights of arrival.
  • For stays of 7-13 nights, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 nights of arrival.
  • For stays of 30 nights or more, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
• Year in advance bookings require a credit card guarantee when booked. In the spring, the appropriate deposit will be due.
