All Rates are in US dollars and are based on two (2) people in the rooms (Economy through Deluxe),

and four (4) people in the apartments.  Rates displayed are for direct phone bookings only.

Tax: Lodging Tax of 11.3 % and hotel fee of 4% is added to the above rates.

Additional adult guests (18 years and older) are charged $15 per guest per night.

Extra Children: (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $5 — Children 12 and under are free of charge.

Length of Stay: During the peak season we generally rent our rooms for week stays from Saturday to Saturday.  If your travel plans are different from this, give us a call and we will see if we can work you in.

Stay Discounts: Please call us directly to receive these discounts

Winter stays of 7 nights or longer are eligible for a 5% discount.

Winter stays of 30 nights or longer are eligible for a 23% discount and are tax-exempt (paid by check).

Deposit Requirements: During the ski season, a deposit of 30% of the stay total, but not less than two nights, is required to confirm a reservation.  Full pre-payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee: Cancellation of any confirmed reservation will be charged a $100 process fee.  Cancellations and changes within the following cancellation periods are responsible for all nights reserved.
Holiday, January, & Peak seasons:  60-day prior to arrival date cancellation period
Value season:  30-day prior to arrival date cancellation period
Low season:  7-day prior to arrival date cancellation period
We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans including weather and unforeseen personal problems.
